YOUNG AT HEARTYoung at Heart is a group led exercise program specifically designed for the older adult population. This program will help you to develop a physically independent lifestyle by building sufficient muscular fitness and enhancing ones ability to perform activities of daily living. If needed, a physician's clearance is needed and will be obtained by the fitness staff.
Class Size: Approximately 10 older adults
Program Duration: Four weeks. Participants may only join a total of 3 times.
Class Duration: 60 minutes (20-30 min. of cardio and 20-30 min. of strength training)
Frequency: Two or three times per week
Time of Day:
Mon, Wed, Fri 9-10am, 12-1, or 1-2
Tue, Thurs 12-1pm or 1-2pm
